Mr. Rosenberg’s 35 years of experience includes serving as a Worldwide Partner with Anderson Consulting; Chairman of Prefcor Holdings Limited; and Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chairman of McCarthy Retail. He served on five public company boards, including Anglo American Industrial. He is Chairman of Oakbrook Investments, with interests in financial and mining sectors, and Chairman of SA Bioproducts.
Mr. Snow’s 37 years of experience includes oil and natural gas, financial consulting, and investment advisory services. He co-founded and serves as Chief Executive Officer of Unity’s parent company. He also formed R.E. Snow Private Wealth Management Group in 2005, and currently serves as its Chairman and Chief Investment Officer. For 22 years, Mr. Snow was a financial consultant, most recently with Morgan Stanley. Mr. Snow graduated from Princeton University with an AB in Philosophy.
Mr. Rogers is a Principal with Private Advisory Group. His background includes product management for General Foods and player agency for IMG. He built Pro-Kennex into a major sporting goods brand. Mr. Rogers founded and sold three sports related companies. He subsequently became Chief Operating Officer of a New York real estate firm. Mr. Rogers is a General Partner with San Diego based Equity Based Services. He received his AB from Princeton University and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
Mr. Tuttle’s 45 years of experience includes residuals management, chemical distribution, and chemical sales management. He held executive positions with Unified Environmental, Compost America, Compost Management, Pioneer Salt & Chemical, and Shell Chemical. He co-founded the parent company of Unity. He co-founded the Composting Council and co-developed the New Jersey Sludge Management Plan. Mr. Tuttle received his BA and MBA in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
