Randolph E. SnowVice Chairman
Mr. Snow’s 37 years of experience includes oil and natural gas, financial consulting, and investment advisory services. He co-founded and serves as Chief Executive Officer of Unity’s parent company. He also formed R.E. Snow Private Wealth Management Group in 2005, and currently serves as its Chairman and Chief Investment Officer. For 22 years, Mr. Snow was a financial consultant, most recently with Morgan Stanley. Mr. Snow graduated from Princeton University with an AB in Philosophy.

Roger E. TuttleChief Executive Officer
Mr. Tuttle’s 45 years of experience includes residuals management, chemical distribution, and chemical sales management. He held executive positions with Unified Environmental, Compost America, Compost Management, Pioneer Salt & Chemical, and Shell Chemical. He co-founded the parent company of Unity. He co-founded the Composting Council and co-developed the New Jersey Sludge Management Plan. Mr. Tuttle received his BA and MBA in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

W. Dennis MoranPresident
Mr. Moran’s 44 years of experience includes engineering and financial management in water supply, wastewater treatment, residuals management, and fertilizer manufacturing sectors. He held executive positions with Unified Environmental, American Water, Weston Solutions, and Camp Dresser & McKee. He received his BCE from Union College and his MBA in Finance from the Wharton School. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in New York, Massachusetts and Queensland, Australia.

David A. Weber – Vice President
Mr. Weber’s 36 years of experience includes engineering and project management in water supply, wastewater treatment, and residuals management sectors. Previous employers include PBS&J, Krehbiel Associates and the Erie County Health Department. He received his BS and MS in Environmental Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Florida.
